亚际书院上海办公室现有以上海大学中国当代文化研究中心主任王晓明教授为核心的五名研究员。包括复旦大学中文系副教授倪伟、上海师范大学人文学院教授薛毅、上海大学中文系讲师周展安、朱羽。几位研究员均关注于20世纪中国文学史、思想史及当代中国文化研究。
 
上海办公室的研究方向和重点主要为现代中国思想研究。研究员们侧重于通过分析在20世纪不同阶段，由于中国乃至整个亚洲社会发生巨大变革及发展所产生的思想进行思考、整理和解读。特别是在当下重提“革命中国”的问题意识，涵盖了对中国之过去、当下及至未来等多个层面的深刻思考。
 
Inter-Asia School Shanghai Office established by WANG Xiaoming, ProfessorandChairof theDepartment of Shanghai University Center for Chinese Contemporary Culture Studies. Now, 5 researchers with a core of Professor Wang at the office: Associate Professor Ni Wei in the Department of Chinese at Fudan University, Professor Xue Yi in the College of Literature at Shanghai Normal University, Lecturer Zhou Zhan’an and Zhu Yu in the Chinese Department at Shanghai University. Researchers engaged in Chinese Literature of 20^th -Century, History of Thoughts, and Contemporary Cultural Studies.
 
The research direction and focus for Shanghai Office mainly embraced Modern Chinese Thought. By analyzing the different stages in the 20^th_ Century China, researchers try to ponder, collate and interpret how to explain tremendous change and development of Chinese thought. Especially, “China in Revolution”, the conception recommitted, covers a deeply thinking of Chinese history, contemporary and future in multiple levels.
